This money belongs to you and not the banks, we have made it our business to recover as many charges as possible and charge what we think is a very fare rate of 20% considering the amount of work we put in to each claim.

It may be possible to find companies who work for less than 20% but it is not possible for them to put in as much effort as we do on each claim, we don't just send a few letters and sit back to see if the banks make an offer, we keep the pressure on until we receive a satisfactory settlement
