fees?
A. It normally takes between 8 - 13 weeks. We have seen all the
stalling tactics, excuses and tricks used by the banks and card companies
to delay or avoid refunding charges
Q. Do you charge a fee?
A. No. We work strictly on a no win no fee basis, we charge 20%

A. You can recover fees from any UK bank or credit card company
or store card company.

A. Yes fees can be reclaimed from business or personal accounts

A. Banks have been known to close accounts in the past as the customer
is clearly not happy with the service they have received, this is very
rare now as so many people are claiming back bank charges and it would
mean thousands of accounts being closed and new ones opened. The banks
have also been warned by the Financial Ombudsman that they are not allowed
to close accounts because you are claiming back charges that were not
lawful in the first place.
Q. Is there any way of getting my money returned faster?
A. Our company deal with everything as fast as possible, we have
a system and it works but if you have your statements for the last six
years this would cut out the time required for us to obtain a list of
charges from your bank or card company, speeding up the claim by up to
four weeks.

A. Complete the simple on line form and

You would need to complete these two very simple forms and return them
to us with a cheque or postal order for ten pounds for each accouint you
would like to claim from made payable to your bank.
Q. Do the claims go to court?
A. Not very often, most of the claims are settled before court
proceedings are issued.
Q. What happens if it does go to court?
A. We prepare the case, liase with the bank and attend court to
present your case but up to now none of the banks have ever attended the
courts and charges are normally awarded by default.
Q. Can I reclaim charges myself?
A. Yes. You would need to have all the letters in place and be
positive in all negotiations with the bank, ask all the correct questions
